5. Review & Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will review the notice for completeness
  2. The allegedly infringing material may be removed or disabled
  3. The affected party may be notified of the takedown
  4. We will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law

Hintzanity reserves the right to remove content prior to completing a full review if necessary.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error or that you have lawful rights to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notifications must be submitted to the same contact address listed above.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Hintzanity reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users or parties who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

8. False Claims Warning

Submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification that contains false statements or material misrepresentations may result in legal liability.

Hintzanity reserves the right to take appropriate action against misuse or abuse of the DMCA process.
